WHY IT WORKS...It's NOT just another book!

consequences, on helping your child or teen to take baby steps toward

supervise them, so that you can trust them, and so that your stress level
goes down as your child or teen develops better decision making and
coping skills and better behaviors and communication abilities.
Honest Parenting is a refined parenting style that evolved from things that
my own parents did with me, as I was growing up, as well as from my study
of Psychology, my experience as a therapist and parenting skills trainer,
and my own experience in parenting. Some elements of it have been used
in over 20 intensive, in-home/in-school treatment programs and several
residential facilities, all of which have been able to show very consistent
and remarkable progress with the thousands of children who have been
treated. Parents were heavily involved, and were trained to take over
where the therapists left off...so that the family could eventually function
with less support...and, eventually...no outside support at all.
Because this information has never been offered to the public, it could also
be called “The Best Kept Secrets of Parenting.” But...it's not "rocket
science," it's actually pure, real, and easy for kids to understand...which is
another reason that it can work for you!

I've been using it for 4 months, and I've seen an AMAZING change in my son and even in his little sister (who really doesn't have behavioral issues).
